All of our products are supplied as digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

 

How You Will Receive Your Purchase

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your digital resource will be made available for download.

Depending on the platform and payment method used, you may receive:

• an on-screen download link immediately after purchase;

• an order confirmation email containing your download details; or

• access to your downloads through your customer account (where applicable).

 

Delivery Times

Digital products are typically available immediately after payment has been confirmed.

In rare cases, there may be a short delay due to payment verification or temporary technical issues.

 

Downloading Your Files

Please ensure that:

• you save your purchased files to a secure location;

• your device has appropriate software to open PDF files or any other file types included with your purchase;

• you download your resources as soon as possible after purchase.

 

Download Problems

If you experience any issues downloading your files, please contact us.

Examples include:

• broken download links;

• incomplete downloads;

• corrupted files;

• receiving the wrong file; or

• technical issues relating to the download itself.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement download or alternative method of delivery.

 

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

• the email address provided at checkout is correct;

• their device and internet connection are suitable for downloading digital files;

• purchased resources are stored securely after download.

Connection First Resources cannot accept responsibility for downloads lost due to accidental deletion, changes to email addresses, device failure or issues outside our reasonable control. However, we will always do our best to help where possible.

 

Personal Use and Licensing

All digital resources remain the intellectual property of Connection First Resources.

Purchasing a resource grants a licence to use the resource in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Resources must not be copied, shared, redistributed or resold unless a separate licence has been agreed in writing.
